Aquilo’s 2024 album campaign

We worked closely with Aquilo on the campaign for their double album release in December 2024, focusing primarily on their second album of the year, You Should Get Some Sleep. We developed a targeted social media strategy to drive pre-saves for the album and generate buzz for their mini UK tour. Our efforts helped secure a sell-out show in Manchester, as well as gigs in London, and Bristol, creating a strong connection with fans and building momentum ahead of the album’s release. The band also hosted an intimate playback session for 50 fans which we supported across socials. The double album delved into themes of growing up, experiencing loss, navigating relationships, and finding love which we reflected through our social media campaign. We also used Discord to foster a more unique connection between the band and their superfans.

Some stats:

  • 3,729 total pre-saves for the second album

  • Engagement rate on TikTok was consistently at 4% - higher the industry standard of 3%

  • October 2024: 78,000 views across TikTokl content (+56,000 more than previous month)

  • November 2024: 238,000 views across YouTube with almost 50,000 of these from YouTube shorts
